The core loop is kinda boring. After 10 seconds, there are way too many shells, and you don't have to worry about food at all. The seagull event only happened three times. After that its just moving to the right. I'm not sure what the arrows mean. I beat the game in a minute. The procedural generation is impressive in so little time, and the animation is cool, but that's about it. It needs some balancing, and something else to add interest.

Neat idea, though a little too easy for my taste
I feel the map could use a bit more variety, so you would actually need to go out of your way to find food and new shells.
